What you will do
- Manage configuration and implementation of new and existing trading platforms.
- Lead incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution for production issues during US Global Trading Hours.
- Optimize performance of real-time trading platforms and maintain low-latency bare-metal infrastructure.
- Drive capacity planning decisions and provide technical leadership for system resiliency.
- Develop and maintain automation tools using Python to improve system health monitoring and alerts.
- Analyze technical data sets and execute SQL queries to support operations and historical data requests.
Requirements
- Must be based in Singapore
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Operations
- 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems/Network/Database Administration
- 5+ years of experience with Python, C++, or other programming languages
- 5+ years of experience with Networking (TCP/IP and Multicast) and NIC configuration
- 7+ years of experience with UNIX Shell
- 5+ years of experience with SQL
Nice to have
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with US equities, options, or futures markets
