What you will do

  • Manage configuration of new and existing trading platforms and implement new features.
  • Serve as a technical responder for production incidents during US Global Trading Hours.
  • Monitor and optimize performance of real-time, low-latency bare-metal trading infrastructure.
  • Analyze technical data sets and execute SQL queries to troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Drive capacity planning decisions and participate in global technical operations meetings.
  • Develop and maintain automation tools using Python and leverage AI to maximize efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 4+ years of experience in Technical Operations and UNIX Shell.
  • 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Systems/Network/Database Administration.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL and Python, C++, or other programming languages.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for global communication.
  • Must be based in Singapore and available for early shift start times (5-6 AM SGT).

Nice to have

  • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Japanese.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with US equities, options, or futures markets.
