Salary: $175,000 - $205,000

What you will do

• Direct the Good Data Lab and oversee all in-house empirical research, experimentation, and evaluation.
• Design and implement research studies, including randomized control trials and message-testing experiments.
• Manage a team of senior researchers and analysts while overseeing departmental operations and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure research findings inform programmatic goals.
• Represent the organization in coalition spaces and present findings to Boards, funders, and policymakers.
• Support grant development by creating research designs for funding proposals.

Requirements

• PhD in research, social sciences, communication, psychology, statistics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in research, experimentation, and evaluation.
• Proven organizational leadership and staff management experience.
• Expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SQL, STATA, R, SAS, or SPSS.
• Must be based in the US.
