What you will do

• Build validation critics and agentic workflows to evaluate autonomy behavior and automate scenario reviews.
• Drive simulation-based ML evaluation at scale by testing deep learning modules in realistic sensor and traffic environments.
• Translate validation strategies into production-quality code and automation pipelines for continuous software release cycles.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of behavior validation outputs through monitoring, alerting, and automated checks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Simulation, Safety, Systems Engineering, and Autonomy teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and MS/PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Robotics, Software Engineering, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL.
• Background in autonomous vehicles and experience writing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience using AI agents, LLM-based tools, or workflow orchestration.
• Experience working with large datasets to derive insights and drive decisions.
• Ability to adapt and operate under ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Exposure to C++ or another compiled language.
• Proven track record in safety-critical or high-reliability product development.
• Experience with robotics simulation environments or CI/CD automation.
• Experience developing dashboards and data visualizations using tools like Looker or Jupyter.
