Location: Hybrid; must be based in Mountain View or San Francisco, California

Salary: $204,000—$259,000 USD

What you will do

• Transition low-level Perception tasks from algorithms to machine learning.
• Execute system integration and performance optimization.
• Evaluate task-level and system-level quality.
• Develop new metrics to measure system performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Robotics, or a similar technical field.
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++.
• Proficiency with Python.
• Experience with Computer Vision and Machine Learning.
• Experience with System Integration.

Nice to have

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
• Experience with sensor data processing (Lidar, camera, or radar).
• Previous experience in the Autonomous Vehicle (AV) industry.
