What you will do

• Design and develop Go-based microservices and Kubernetes controllers and operators.
• Own the implementation of pod pilot frameworks and canary rollout strategies to reduce operational risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate control-plane and data plane components.
• Support and improve multi-tenant Kubernetes cluster stability and scalability.
• Contribute to the development of an inter-cloud native IPSec backbone and live tooling.
• Analyze and resolve complex production issues related to K8s orchestration and networking.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Go in production environments.
• Strong skills in Kubernetes, including CRDs, controllers, and operators.
• Experience implementing pod pilot patterns and canary rollout methodologies.
• Solid understanding of multi-tenant Kubernetes cluster operations.
• Working proficiency in English for daily communication with a US-based client.

Nice to have

• Experience with C programming for data plane integration and low-level troubleshooting.
