TL;DR

What you will do

  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to drive and influence sales opportunities within the Mexico market.
  • Engage directly with customers to analyze technical needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with global Service Delivery and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility and accurate pricing.
  • Deliver technical presentations to diverse audiences, from Application Managers and DBAs to C-Suite executives.
  • Develop comprehensive scoping requirements to define the services for downstream execution.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Solution Architecture within an applications, technology, or database ecosystem.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise ERP ecosystems, specifically SAP, Oracle, and IBM.
  • Mastery of software licensing models, compliance considerations, and cost-impacting structures for major ERP platforms.
  • Experience with full-lifecycle software implementations and cloud migration (lift-and-shift) projects.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce.
