TL;DR

Senior SQA Engineer (C#/.NET): Designing and executing comprehensive manual and automated testing strategies for a flagship cloud product with an accent on testability, scalability, and CI/CD integration. Focus on building robust automation frameworks using Selenium and Playwright, ensuring high production quality within an AWS environment.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office in Poland, once the new office opens)

Salary: 20,000 - 24,000 PLN

What you will do

• Design software testing plans and execute manual and automated tests utilizing C#, Selenium, and Playwright.
• Drive automation best practices by identifying the right scenarios and timing for effective test automation.
• Advocate for testability early in the process during design, grooming, and development phases.
• Monitor production quality, coordinate defect management, and ensure timely resolution of quality risks.
• Participate in functional testing within CI/CD pipelines to support reliable product releases.
• Collaborate with developers, Product Owners, and IT partners to identify regression areas and provide clear results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in test automation engineering using C#/.NET, xUnit, and Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.
• Strong background testing web applications built with .NET Core, microservices, RESTful APIs, and AngularJS.
• Solid knowledge of SQL, including CRUD operations and JOINs for data flow validation.
• Practical understanding of Docker containerization and AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS).
• Experience in Agile environments using Azure DevOps for bug tracking and defect management.
• English: Fluent (min. B2) required as the primary language for daily communication.

Nice to have

• Exposure to performance and load testing tools such as K6 or CloudTest.
