What you will do

  • Analyze large-scale datasets related to agent performance and support interactions using SQL, BigQuery, and ClickHouse.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Metabase to detect behavioral and performance trends.
  • Implement prompt engineering and LLM APIs to automate analytical tasks and generate insights.
  • Automate data tasks and optimize analytics pipelines using Python and Airflow.
  • Partner with Operations, QA, and Data Engineering to improve agent tooling, ticket routing, and SLA tracking.

Requirements

  • Expertise in writing optimized SQL queries (BigQuery, ClickHouse).
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Metabase.
  • Proficiency in Python and Airflow for automating data workflows.
  • Ability to profile LLM outputs for quality and analytical correctness in a business context.
  • Capability to translate business inefficiencies into trackable metrics and measurable outcomes.
