What you will do

• Build and maintain internal developer productivity tooling, dashboards, and metrics frameworks.
• Instrument token consumption and model costs across agentic workflows to support cost optimization.
• Establish availability monitoring and alerting for business systems and internal applications.
• Streamline Secure SDLC by integrating SAST/DAST and compliance tooling.
• Manage and scale AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Evaluate and optimize AI model hosting on AWS Bedrock and drive adoption of AI coding agents.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work there.
• 5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, or TypeScript).
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, EC2, Lambda, RDS, Redis).
• Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions.
