What you will do

• Develop, debug, and support Design-for-Test (DFT) software within the Modus R&D engineering team.
• Implement software for VLSI Design Automation focusing on logic insertion and verification.
• Design and optimize complex algorithms and data structures.
• Collaborate with a distributed development team to deliver large-scale software projects.
• Contribute to the development of tools within the Front-End Design business unit.

Requirements

• MS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Proficiency in C/C++.
• Excellence in algorithm and data structure design.
• Proficiency in digital logic design.
• Experience with UNIX and/or LINUX platforms.
• Must be located in or able to work in Austin, TX

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Design-for-Test (DFT) techniques.
• Familiarity with Hardware Description Languages such as Verilog or VHDL.
• Prior experience with large software development projects.
