What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and execute QA test plans.
• Implement and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Test software products to ensure they meet quality and user-friendliness standards.
• Identify, track, and report defects through to resolution.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and tutorials.
• Report quality risks and status to partners using basic quality metrics.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a QA Analyst
• Must be based in Portugal with a valid EU visa
• Experience in testing Web software and APIs
• Familiarity with Linux OS and tools like Postman, Charles, JIRA, Git, Xray, and Jenkins
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Demonstrable AI proficiency (at least Level 1: Explorer)

Nice to have

• QA certification (e.g., ISTQB)
• Experience with hardware/firmware testing
• Experience with mobile Android/iOS testing
