What you will do

• Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, translating business objectives into actionable social media directions.
• Drive platform-first strategies with a heavy focus on TikTok, leveraging trends and creator culture.
• Manage end-to-end social project delivery, from initial briefing to final publishing and performance tracking.
• Oversee and contribute to content production, including shoots, edits, and creative workflows.
• Mentor team members and provide hands-on guidance to improve daily social output.
• Proactively identify and translate platform shifts and trends into opportunities for brand growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Salzburg or Vienna, Austria
• Proven experience in social media management with a deep understanding of TikTok and fast-moving content ecosystems.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach to content execution.
• Excellent communication skills to manage client relationships and lead cross-functional teams.
