What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of account specialists to manage enterprise supermarket partnerships.
- Own strategic relationships with key accounts and conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders.
- Drive portfolio performance by monitoring KPIs, analyzing operational metrics, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Oversee operational excellence initiatives to improve fulfillment quality, picking times, and availability.
- Direct collaborative marketing initiatives and co-marketing campaigns with retail partners.
- Establish best-practice account management processes to ensure scalability and consistency.
Requirements
- 2+ years of people leadership experience as a team lead or supervisor.
- 3-5 years of experience in enterprise account management within retail, FMCG, or delivery sectors.
- Fluent in Russian and Kazakh (conversational level minimum).
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven ability to drive team performance and deliver measurable KPI improvements.
Nice to have
- Experience in supermarket, grocery, or pharmacy retail segments.
- Familiarity with marketplace or platform-based business models.
- Track record of scaling teams or expanding account portfolios.
- Experience with advanced business intelligence platforms.
