What you will do

• Plan, design, develop, and test software systems for cloud-based tools and new product features.
• Manage and grow critical internal components: the Feature Flags Service and the Engineering Internal Observability Platform (E360).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer core product areas and services.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet requirements for quality, security, scalability, and extensibility.
• Identify system bottlenecks and bugs, devising effective solutions to mitigate them.
• Define the engineering roadmap and maintain high standards for code quality and automation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
• 3+ years of experience leading a functional team of individual contributors or mentoring peers.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, Python, or Rust.
• Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) and architectural design patterns.
• Deep knowledge of multithreading, synchronization, and asynchronous programming.
