What you will do

• Monitor, maintain, and support the production environment.
• Manage integration projects and technical requests from enterprise customers.
• Investigate and debug complex ETL processes.
• Conduct data QA and analysis using Snowflake, MsSQL, and BigQuery.
• Perform configuration management and build scalable processes.
• Communicate directly with customers to resolve technical challenges.

Requirements

• Outstanding technical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with web technologies including APIs, JSON, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a sense of ownership.

Nice to have

• Experience working with enterprise-grade customers.
• Experience debugging web applications using logs and networking tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like DataDog, Kibana, or Elastic.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, HTTP, and ports.
• Experience in the SaaS B2B sector.
