What you will do

• Develop and maintain integrated plans for the Distribution portfolio, managing dependencies and critical paths.
• Facilitate governance forums and steering committees to ensure alignment across business, IT, and data teams.
• Drive day-to-day project delivery, ensuring effective management of scope, schedule, and resources.
• Own and maintain RAID logs, proactively mitigating risks and issues across digital initiatives.
• Support budget tracking, forecasting, and vendor management for the portfolio.
• Promote agile ways of working and streamline delivery processes to enhance predictability.

Requirements

• University degree from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Program Management.
• Proven track record in project management methodologies tailored to business needs.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen with experience working with executive teams.
• Good practice of Agile methodologies and principles.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
