What you will do

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecasts for construction projects.
• Manage tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
• Oversee procurement processes, including bid evaluation and supplier negotiations.
• Monitor project costs and maintain detailed financial records.
• Prepare and review progress claims, change orders, and variation requests.
• Conduct value engineering to optimize cost efficiency while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contracts like FIDIC or NEC.
• Must have the right to work in the EU.
• Fluency in English required; Swedish proficiency is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform physical site duties, including working at heights and in confined spaces.

Nice to have

• Driving license.
• Experience with Swedish building regulations (AMA Anläggning, BBR).
