What you will do

• Manage and direct all construction activities on-site to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and act as the primary site liaison for head office communications.
• Create and maintain 3-week lookahead schedules and track project inventory.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure strict implementation of HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while managing contractual documentation for site works.
• Report daily and monthly progress to the project team and customer.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Boden, Sweden.
• Proficiency in both English and Swedish is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of construction-related experience in demanding industrial environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• Strong technical competence in reading engineering drawings and navigating 3D models.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Blue Beam, and Navisworks; experience with Primavera P6 or MS Project is a plus.
