Sr. Support Engineer, SAP FI-CO

What you will do

• Provide remote functional support and training for SAP FI/CO modules.
• Research, troubleshoot, test, package, and deliver fixes for complex SAP application issues.
• Create scripts to identify, analyze, and correct data issues.
• Support client customizations and provide implementation and best-practice guidance.
• Manage assigned customer accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Collaborate with virtual support teams and contribute to diagnostic tools and knowledge-sharing methods.

Requirements

• 10+ years of functional SAP FI experience and 10+ years of functional SAP CO experience.
• Expertise with S/4HANA, including full lifecycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with SAP FI/CO troubleshooting, SAP architecture, maintenance and patching, customizations, and ABAP debugging.
• Experience supporting business processes and solving complex problems across multiple SAP modules.
• Fluent Portuguese and English are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• SAP certifications.
• Experience with FSCM, RAR, Treasury, Asset Management, or PS.
• Knowledge of SAP Industry Solutions, country-specific solutions, consulting, or global implementations.
• Spanish language skills.
