What you will do

• Solve complex customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on expert knowledge of SAP applications.
• Provide remote-based functional support and training for specialist SAP modules.
• Develop application break fixes for critical product defects and create scripts to correct data issues.
• Manage key assigned accounts as a technical and functional advisor.
• Collaborate with a virtual team to share field experience and improve diagnostic methodologies.
• Work flexible hours to support a 24/7/365 global support organization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant functional SAP experience with SAP FI and SAP CO.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Expertise with S/4 Hana, including full life-cycle implementation, configuration, and administration.
• Experience with ABAP debug and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of key application functionality, tables, and relationships.
• Ability to work remotely from a home-based office in a virtual environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with FSCM, RAR, Treasury, Asset Management, or PS.
• SAP certification.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Consulting background or experience with global implementations.
