What you will do

  • Manage the full event lifecycle from initial briefing to post-event reporting.
  • Develop event concepts and formats aligned with business goals.
  • Plan and control event budgets while ensuring quality standards.
  • Select and coordinate vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines and brand guidelines.
  • Manage on-site processes and resolve unexpected organizational issues.
  • Analyze event effectiveness through feedback collection and reporting.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in independent organization of corporate offline and online events.
  • Strong strategic planning and budgeting skills.
  • Experience in vendor sourcing, tendering, and negotiation.
  • Understanding of brand communication principles and brand book compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate event effectiveness.
  • Proficiency in corporate planning tools and task management systems.

Nice to have

  • Experience in large technology or international companies.
  • Experience working with celebrities and public figures.
  • Background in organizing team-building events and strategic sessions.
