What you will do

• Load, prepare, and transmit daily playout schedules.
• Execute scheduled live events and manage live event changes, overruns, and underruns.
• Monitor and quality-control all incoming and outgoing broadcast signals.
• Ensure all media assets are available and liaise with graphics and production teams for content.
• Record and edit content for same-day turnaround.
• Anticipate and resolve faults quickly and action disaster recovery procedures when required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in live transmission or broadcast operations, ideally within sports.
• Proficiency with broadcast automation systems (e.g., Morpheus ICE UX).
• Strong understanding of file-based workflows, encoding, and streaming technologies.
• Meticulous attention to detail with clear communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a live, high-pressure environment.
• Calm, solutions-driven mindset with flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and events.

Nice to have

• Spanish or Italian language skills are beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of IP protocols and IP content delivery workflows.
