What you will do

• Define and drive the Test Automation strategy, roadmap, and technical direction.
• Architect scalable and stable automation frameworks using Playwright, Selenium, or Puppeteer.
• Mentor automation engineers through coaching and technical support.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines via GitHub Actions.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Developers to ensure testability and coverage.
• Design and maintain automated tests for web, UI, and API layers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Test Automation within complex software environments.
• Proficiency in Java (17).
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Puppeteer, RestAssured, or Serenity-BDD.
• Experience building and scaling reusable automation frameworks.
• Ability to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Maven, NPM).
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript.
