• Lead, coach, and develop a team of writers, providing regular feedback and growth opportunities.
• Maintain high editorial standards across all human-produced content to ensure brand alignment.
• Own the hirify.global blog’s editorial direction and govern the content calendar.
• Manage the hiring and onboarding process to grow the team based on company needs.
• Collaborate with SEO and Editors Team Leads to refine content output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in writing or editing, with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Proven experience managing or mentoring content writers.
• Strong editorial confidence and the ability to articulate a clear editorial point of view.
• Familiarity with SEO content and digital media/content marketing.
• Experience owning or contributing to a brand style guide.
• Experience with AI-assisted writing workflows and basic analytics tools.
