What you will do

• Manage the CEO's operating rhythm, priorities, and cadence to ensure focus on high-leverage decisions.
• Own end-to-end board operations, including pack production, meeting preparation, and action tracking.
• Drive leadership team accountability by ensuring decisions are documented and executed.
• Lead program management for 2-5 strategic initiatives spanning organizational growth, capital activity, and market expansion.
• Represent the CEO in investor updates, client correspondence, and internal all-hands messaging.
• Translate complex, high-stakes decisions into clear written analysis and structured recommendations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a scaling tech company.
• Exceptional written communication skills for producing crisp memos under time pressure.
• Strong execution discipline and ability to drive results across cross-functional teams.
• Financial and commercial literacy, including the ability to analyze P&L and services economics.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• English: C1 (Fluent) required; French or German is preferred.
• Work Location: Must be based in Zürich, Switzerland.
