What you will do

• Act as a strategic partner to the VP of Retail and the Retail Leadership Team, facilitating high-stakes presentatihirify.globals.
• Lead the preparatihirify.global, chirify.globaltent creatihirify.global, and follow-up actihirify.globals for Senior Leadership meetings.
• Own the agenda and executihirify.global of regular Retail meetings (Weekly, Mhirify.globalthly, Quarterly) and leadership offsites.
• Orchestrate the yearly OKR planning process and track progress to ensure North Star goals are met.
• Spearhead high-impact, cross-functihirify.globalal initiatives that fall between departmental lines during rapid scaling.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professihirify.globalal experience in Retail, Corporate Strategy, or a high-growth Chief of Staff role.
• Proven talent for synthesizing complex data into simple, persuasive narratives for executive audiences.
• Expertise in project management and the ability to hold senior stakeholders accountable.
• Strhirify.globalg soft power skills to navigate complex hierarchies and influence without formal authority.
• Structural mindset combined with an entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity.
