Software Engineer (Java/Angular)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and well-tested software for the Affiliate Marketing platform.
• Write clean and elegant code following SOLID principles and best-practice guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX and product managers to translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues and participate in organization-wide knowledge-sharing.
• Manage the entire service lifecycle from requirements and development to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement and explore new ways to use AI tools to augment software development practices.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in commercial software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Java 21, Spring Boot 3, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Angular for frontend development.
• Extensive experience with AWS services (Lambda, ECS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch) and Terraform for IaC.
• Strong understanding of relational database design, SQL optimization, and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• Expertise in designing RESTful APIs within a microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP and building web applications.
• Knowledge of TDD, Pair Programming, and information security mitigation.
• Experience with caching solutions (Redis, Memcached) or streaming/queuing (Kafka, Kinesis, SQS).
