What you will do

• Own and maintain product delivery roadmaps for B2B partners, ensuring quarterly validation and alignment with internal capacity.
• Translate partner requirements into structured, evidence-based intake submissions for Product Managers.
• Facilitate go-to-market planning, including product demos and release updates.
• Manage the entire partner lifecycle from onboarding through steady-state operations.
• Co-chair Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to review performance data and roadmap priorities.
• Handle delivery or SLA escalations, coordinating resolution between partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or product delivery.
• Proven track record in B2B client-facing or account management.
• High level of proficiency in English is required.
• Prior experience in the iGaming industry, specifically with B2B platforms or aggregators.
• Working knowledge of iGaming platform architecture to discuss configuration constraints.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and data reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
