What you will do
- Lead and coordinate a team of Technical Delegates in France to achieve quantitative and qualitative project KPIs.
- Manage the local governance model, including activity calendars, information flows, and field visit schedules.
- Act as the primary operational interface for the client at the country level, leading steering committees and performance reviews.
- Analyze team performance reports (first-time fix rate, resolution time) and implement corrective improvement plans.
- Oversee onboarding, continuous training, and performance reviews for the technical team.
- Produce concise reporting on country performance, trends, and root causes of non-conformities.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in automotive project or program management (after-sales, technical support, or field operations).
- Experience coordinating field teams and managing B2B client relationships at a country level.
- Strong knowledge of automotive after-sales, dealer network operations, and KPI management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, BI tools) and MS Office for structured reporting.
- English: Good command (written and spoken) required for interaction with international structures.
- Location: Must be able to work in a field service/itinerant capacity across France.
Nice to have
- Previous technical or technical-commercial experience in a dealership, importer, or OEM environment.
- Experience in launching new programs or leading process improvement projects.
- Familiarity with automotive information systems such as DMS, diagnostic tools, and OEM technical portals.
