What you will do

• Define and own the API vision, strategy, and roadmap across member, chapter, and agentic ecosystem domains.
• Translate complex business and integration needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and API specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to design REST and GraphQL APIs, data models, and integration patterns.
• Manage the full API lifecycle, including development, versioning, documentation, and migration planning.
• Establish and enforce API governance standards, including security, observability, and developer experience.
• Enable AI agent ecosystems by defining governed API contracts and safe data access boundaries.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, including 3+ years focused on API products or technical platforms.
• Strong understanding of REST and GraphQL API design, data modeling, and integration architecture.
• Experience with authentication/authorization frameworks like OAuth 2.0, Auth0, or Okta.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure) and modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with API management tools such as AWS API Gateway.
• Must be based in the United States.
