What you will do

• Lead the Korea Samsung Applications Engineering team across multiple locations (Hwaseong, Giheung, and Pyeongtaek).
• Collaborate with account sales managers to develop and execute new product penetration strategies for inspection and metrology tools.
• Analyze and optimize HMI eBeam product utilization and on-product performance for customers.
• Propose application improvements for process root cause analysis, recipe set-up, and process control strategies.
• Lead customer meetings to define technical requirements and translate issues into problem statements for the HMI headquarters.
• Coordinate with CT, BDM, Marketing, and Field Service teams to maximize customer value.

Requirements

• Above BS degree in Physical Sciences, Optics, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Mathematics.
• More than 15 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve performance goals.
• Experience in project management and marketing strategy setup and execution.
• Knowledge of eBeam inspection or semiconductor processes.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

• Engineering experience specifically in defect inspection and metrology.
