What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable Android applications using Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, and modern design patterns.
• Act as the primary technical partner for US and EMEA clients to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement and advocate for comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, UI) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Lead and mentor Android developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
• Assist in the hiring process to attract and identify top Android talent for the team.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English for leading technical discussions with international stakeholders.
• Proven experience with mobile architectures (MVVM, MVI, UDF), Clean Architecture, and S.O.L.I.D principles.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership or mentorship roles, guiding other developers.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications, managing scope, risk, and delivery quality.
• Must be based in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of Gradle and build optimization for large or modular codebases.
• Interest in mobile observability, release health monitoring, and data instrumentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Jira.
