Salary: $31.08 - $57.46 Hourly

What you will do

• Support QA Project Leads throughout the entire quality assurance process from planning to completion.
• Oversee the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and strategies.
• Manage and track project budgets to ensure alignment with financial goals.
• Generate project status reports and review QA metrics to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Production and Development teams to identify and prioritize bugs.
• Lead projects from pre-Alpha through final submission when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience within hirify.global QA or a comparable Quality Assurance organization.
• Proven experience in a QA leadership role, such as QA Project Lead.
• Demonstrated experience managing QA efforts across multiple concurrent projects.
• Proficiency with Jira, DevTrack, or similar defect tracking and project management tools.
• Solid knowledge of console platforms, peripherals, and PC hardware/software.
• Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Minneapolis, MN (Onsite 5 days per week).

Nice to have

• Experience participating in hiring and interviewing for QA roles.
• Budget management experience within QA or production environments.
• Familiarity with financial planning concepts such as AOP and P&L.
• Experience developing or improving QA processes, tools, or policies.
