What you will do

• Support security operations, monitoring, and incident response activities.
• Provide technical and administrative support for problem definition, analysis, and security requirements development.
• Implement security solutions leveraging industry subject matter expertise.
• Analyze logs and manage security incident response processes.
• Monitor and secure cloud and virtualized environments, specifically Azure and VMWare.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, IT, or an analytical role.
• Experience with SIEM tools and IT service management tools like ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and virtualized environments.
• Must be eligible for U.S. government Public Trust determination.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a Security Operations Center (SOC).
• Experience with forensic or red teaming lab environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
• Certifications: Security+, Splunk Core User, or Azure Security Engineer.
