Salary: $180K – $400K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain the financial infrastructure powering Clipboard's marketplace, including worker payouts, instant pay, and facility invoicing.
• Implement fraud detection and prevention systems to ensure secure transactions.
• Develop invoicing and reconciliation logic to ensure accurate payments and billing.
• Collaborate with operations and finance stakeholders to understand the business impact of your work.

Requirements

• Experience with transaction systems, payment infrastructure, and working with financial data at scale.
• Proficiency in Node/NestJS, TypeScript, MongoDB, Postgres, Redis, and AWS (ECS, Terraform).
• Care deeply about correctness and putting the customer first.
• Ability to own high-stakes systems end-to-end.
• Must be based in the U.S.
