Location: Must be based within 50 miles of San Jose, CA (Hybrid: minimum 3 days per week in office)

What you will do

• Design and implement autonomous agents capable of automated bug fixing, code refactoring, and feature generation.
• Integrate AI agents into standard development workflows, including GitHub/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools.
• Build evaluation frameworks to benchmark agent reliability, safety, and code quality.
• Optimize agent performance using advanced prompting techniques (Chain-of-Thought, ReAct) and fine-tuning strategies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS (Junior or rising Senior) or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, modern DevOps practices, Git, unit testing, and REST APIs.
• Experience with agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGPT, AutoGen), vector databases, or RAG architectures.
• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA or within 50 miles of the office.
