Location: Hybrid in Tokyo, Japan (In-office 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)

What you will do

• Develop and implement detailed plans for Pikmin Bloom live events.
• Conceptualize experiential concepts aligned with marketing OKRs and business objectives.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage relationships with agencies and vendors.
• Oversee the creation of branded event assets from design to production.
• Manage P&L for event-exclusive merchandise created with IP partners.
• Provide data-driven post-event reports and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience producing small and large consumer-facing live events in the gaming or tech space.
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel and work an aggressive schedule to support international teams.
• Ability to handle dynamic, fast-paced environments and solve practical problems with little notice.
• Experience managing the development of high-quality physical event assets with external vendors.

Nice to have

• Passion for Niantic products (Pokémon GO, Pikmin Bloom, Monster Hunter Now, Ingress).
• Experience with brand/legal guidelines and grassroots event programs.
• Proficiency in Asana and G Suite.
• Proficiency in both Japanese and English.
