Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, Denver, or Nashville (USA). Office attendance is required 3+ days a week.

Salary: $18.27 - $29.81 per hour

What you will do

• Audit completed verification reports for identity matching, field completeness, and data consistency.
• Execute Outreach QA reviews on manual-source verifications (email, fax, phone) to ensure professionalism and adherence to cadences.
• Use internal validator findings to identify and flag illogical data.
• Precisely document QA outcomes (pass, soft fail, hard fail, warning) with evidence.
• Collaborate with team leadership to resolve discrepancies and reduce repeat errors.
• Support SLA and KPI attainment by promptly reviewing queues and escalating risks.

Requirements

• Experience with or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, HR operations, or similar environments.
• Working knowledge of verification workflows and Report QA concepts.
• Strong detail orientation, written communication, and professional etiquette.
• Analytical judgment to distinguish between failure types and recommend corrections.
• Exposure to Looker-based sampling or dashboards for metrics tracking.
• Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling.
