TL;DR

Fullstack Software Engineer (AI): Building and scaling enterprise-grade products for thousands of customers with an accent on high-throughput architectures and AI-integrated workflows. Focus on designing complex systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows and optimizing production-ready AI outputs.

Location: Hybrid. Must be based in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA (Office-Flex: 3 days per week in-person or 10 days per quarter for some teams).

What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, and deliver highly scalable production-grade products.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows.
• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to increase code coverage and automation metrics.
• Mentor other engineers in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Maintain shared system context and standards to ensure AI operates reliably and securely.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and operational stability of services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional software development experience and a related technical degree.
• Deep knowledge of OOP and proficiency in at least one language (Java, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python).
• High proficiency in a web framework such as NodeJS, Express, or Hapi.
• Solid understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and relational database schema design.
• Experience with automated testing using JUnit, JSUnit, or Selenium.
• Proven AI-first approach to engineering, including advanced prompt engineering and experience with AI tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.

Nice to have

• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in Agile software development and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
