What you will do

• Lead the functional setup of NetSuite OneWorld for new subsidiaries, including Tax Nexuses, Multi-currency, and localized Chart of Accounts.
• Map and execute data migrations from legacy systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) to NetSuite.
• Serve as the Level 3 escalation point for complex functional issues to reduce reliance on external consultants.
• Design and build advanced SuiteFlows and Saved Searches to automate Finance and Operations processes.
• Integrate AI tools like Claude and Gemini to optimize functional requirements, documentation, and data analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on functional NetSuite experience with at least 3 full-lifecycle global rollouts.
• Expert-level knowledge of OneWorld, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Fixed Assets.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize ERP workflows and analyze datasets.
• Ability to manage complex functional tasks independently.
• Professional-level English for direct reporting to the Corporate Director.
• Must be based in or able to work in Montpellier under a hybrid arrangement.
