What you will do

• Create AI scenarios for vertical drama and short-form content.
• Develop serial plots, build story arcs, and create episode dramaturgy.
• Generate strong hooks and cliffhangers.
• Generate and test new ideas for series, formats, and content mechanics.
• Work with AI tools for scriptwriting, scene generation, and storytelling.
• Optimize scripts for retention and binge-watching behavior.

Requirements

• High "nadivlenist" - regularly consume serial, short-form, and vertical content.
• Understand the specifics of vertical drama and the difference between YouTube storytelling, classical film dramaturgy, and mobile-first content.
• Ability to build a dynamic structure: hook → conflict → cliffhanger.
• Strong storytelling thinking and understanding of the audience's emotional triggers.
• Experience with AI tools for generating text, video, or creative content.
• Experience in writing scripts, content, or serial formats is a plus.
• English at B2+ or higher.
