TL;DR
Senior Security Compliance (Cybersecurity): Designing and implementing control automation and auditing for a legal AI platform with an accent on risk mitigation and third-party attestations. Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Dublin, Ireland; expectation to be in office minimum twice per week)
Salary: €76,700 – €103,700

What you will do
- Design and implement control automation initiatives to expand and automate the compliance program.
- Perform ongoing auditing and reporting on the state of the compliance program.
- Collaborate with cross-functional technology and business stakeholders to align practices with compliance objectives.
- Create metrics to track program effectiveness and efficiency.
- Coordinate internal compliance assessments and external compliance audits.
- Mentor junior team members to increase the team's depth of knowledge and capabilities.
Requirements
- Seasoned compliance professional with experience in designing and implementing compliance programs.
- Experience conducting audits and generating compliance program metrics.
- Security or Audit Certifications such as CISSP, CISM and/or CISA.
- Familiarity with Information Security principles and knowledge of IT processes like Change Management.
- Previous experience with GRC or compliance tools (e.g., OneTrust, Standard Fusion, ZenGRC).
- Must be based in Ireland (Dublin) for hybrid office attendance.
Nice to have
- Technical experience in Network/System Administration or Python/Ruby scripting.
- Experience working in a legal office environment or other highly regulated environments.
- Active privacy certifications (CIPP/C, CIPP/EU, CIPM, etc).
