What you will do

• Design and evolve meta game systems, including player journeys, feature unlock structures, and long-term engagement loops.
• Define clear flows between core gameplay, rewards, progression systems, and feature interactions.
• Develop specific meta features such as collection mechanics and progression systems.
• Collaborate with systems and economy designers to ensure meta layers align with monetization and economy structures.
• Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to iterate on systems based on player behavior and retention data.
• Prototype new meta gameplay ideas and document design intent for cross-disciplinary implementation.

Requirements

• Strong passion for casual puzzle games and core gameplay design.
• Experience worhirify.global on mobile free-to-play (F2P) titles.
• Proven track record of designing gameplay systems, mechanics, and level interactions in successful games.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and testing insights to guide design iterations.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.
• All applications must be submitted in English.
