Salary: $199,000 - $244,000

What you will do

• Drive development and implementation of complex product features impacting customer experience and business outcomes.
• Architect and optimize mobile infrastructure to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define and evolve robust, efficient, and well-documented APIs.
• Champion and enforce engineering best practices to raise standards for code quality and system design.
• Lead strategic technical initiatives and provide architectural guidance for complex challenges.
• Oversee the development of unit, integration, and UI automation testing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years of relevant industry experience with a track record of leading complex projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift, Combine, Swift Concurrency, and SwiftUI.
• Deep understanding of iOS application architectures such as MVVM, MVP, and VIPER.
• Proven ability to architect scalable and maintainable mobile solutions.
• Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Android development and cross-platform technologies.
• Active participation in the iOS community via open-source contributions or conference presentations.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools like Copilot, Cursor, or LLMs.
