What you will do

• Work with team leads to create realistic schedules and milestone plans for high-quality features and assets
• Define and manage feature sprints with discipline leads
• Remove roadblocks and drive features to completion
• Communicate development status and risks to senior management
• Collaborate on best practices, pipelines, and resource allocation
• Manage direct reports

Requirements

• At least 5 years of game production experience, preferably online
• Ability to prioritize initiatives balancing business and qualitative needs
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborative problem-solving
• Experience managing and mentoring direct reports
• Skills in creating project schedules, monitoring progress, and multi-tasking under pressure
• Experience with modern project management software
• Familiarity with hirify.global’ games
