What you will do

• Support the Senior Animation Producer in achieving production goals across multiple studio efforts.
• Utilize Jira, Confluence, and Shotgrid to manage tasks and shared documentation.
• Coordinate with Feature Producers to ensure requests are correctly identified and generated.
• Provide regular updates to Department Leads regarding content status, risks, and goals.
• Organize and drive departmental meetings and tracking processes.
• Maintain production roadmaps, schedules, and task assignments for the animation team.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a project manager or producer.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Frisco, Texas.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Jira, Confluence, or Shotgrid.
• Experience with Agile or Kanban methodologies.
• Familiarity with cinematic and animation pipelines and workflows.
• Scrum Master Certification.
• Master's Degree in a relevant field.
