What you will do

• Manage development roadmap, task backlog, and sprint planning to meet milestones.
• Coordinate with leads on task progress, capacity optimization, and velocity.
• Build project schedules, track resources, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and prioritization.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and dependencies; implement mitigation with seniors.
• Serve as point of contact for vendors on deliveries, handoffs, and feedback.
• Maintain progress reports and foster collaborative environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as Project Manager in video games, VFX, or animation.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and technical workflows.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, waterfall, and tools like Jira, Confluence, Flow, Excel, Miro.
• Strong communication, organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
