TL;DR

SEO & Content Creation Assistant (Digital Marketing): Supporting clients' online presence through SEO optimization and content execution with an accent on keyword research and social media content creation. Focus on managing CMS platforms, creating engaging short-form videos, and monitoring website performance.

Location: Remote (Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines, supporting a U.S.-based client)

Salary: $250 - $400 a month

What you will do

Perform keyword optimization and on-page SEO updates to improve search rankings.
Create and format SEO-friendly blog content and manage uploads in WordPress and Shopify.
Monitor and analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Design visually appealing posts, Stories, and short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest using Canva.
Edit engaging Reels and TikTok videos using text overlays and trending formats.
Coordinate project workflows and updates through Asana.

Requirements

Experience with SEO software and on-page optimization tools.
Proficiency in WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Basic to intermediate video editing skills specifically for TikTok and Reels.
Experience using Canva for social media content creation.
Strong written communication and content editing skills.
Must be based in South Africa or the Philippines.

Nice to have

Experience managing multiple brands or client accounts simultaneously.
Deep understanding of current TikTok and Instagram content trends.
Experience creating storyline-based short-form videos using lifestyle footage.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Rank Score or Link Artemi.
