What you will do

• Create, edit, and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, including voiceovers and thumbnails.
• Analyze social media metrics and monitor trends to optimize posting times and engagement.
• Implement basic SEO strategies to increase organic reach and discoverability.
• Manage the business owner's inbox, handle client inquiries, and coordinate scheduling.
• Provide administrative support for the early build-out phase of a tour agency.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize content creation and day-to-day productivity.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Proficiency in short-form and long-form video editing.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
• Strong written communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities as a self-starter.
• Availability to work during client's business hours (8:00 am to 5:00 pm Spain Time/CET).
