Talent Operations & Workforce Planning Manager (HR Ops): Managing the infrastructure, systems, and programs of the Talent Acquisition function with an accent on workforce planning and internal mobility. Focus on optimizing the recruiting tech stack, ensuring global compliance, and building proactive capacity models.

Location: Hybrid in Campinas, SP, Brazil

What you will do

  • Design and maintain structured TA processes and policies interfacing with Finance, Legal, and Compliance.
  • Lead the Internal Mobility program and build proactive workforce planning models to anticipate talent demand.
  • Own and optimize the recruiting tech stack, including ATS, sourcing platforms, and candidate experience tools.
  • Manage vendor contracts and relationships with staffing agencies, RPOs, and tooling providers.
  • Design and maintain the end-to-end candidate journey to ensure a consistent global experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of three Senior Talent Solution Specialists.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in management or program leadership within HR or TA Operations.
  • Proven track record of running cross-functional programs in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Deep familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever).
  • Strong analytical skills for funnel analysis, dashboard creation, and data-driven decision making.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in global organizations within the tech, consulting, or software services sectors.
